With this grill, you only need one minute or two before cooking. Another feature I like is the dipping pan design which reduces the amount of smoke significantly. A quick tip: putting some water in the dipping pan makes it work even better. It suggests to use lump charcoal and lighting gels which I don't have at hand when trying out, and I would expect the results can be even better with them. The size is perfect for dinner for a family of four. A bucket of charcoal can last a few hours. The fan design is nice and you can notice the difference when adjusting the fan speed. Clean up is like a breeze. The cooking surface is non-stick, and both the cover and the dipping pan can be removed and put into the dishwasher.
